As the Head of Facility Management, you will lead both the strategic and operational management of the company's headquarters, including the 'World of Living' and various exhibition sites. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring the seamless operation of all technical systems and buildings, planning modernization and maintenance projects, and managing external service providers. A significant part of this role includes serving as the Environmental and Sustainability Officer, where you will drive the digitalization of FM processes and oversee budget control. You will also coordinate security services and manage corporate residential properties. Required Skills
