Job Summary
As a CAD Manager at Planify CAD & Software Ingenieurconsult, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical design and customer support. Your daily responsibilities include planning and executing projects within AutoCAD, creating technical drawings that adhere to industry standards, and processing digital terrain models. Beyond technical design, you will provide first-level telephone support to clients regarding CAD inquiries and assist in conducting product training sessions. This role is unique as it combines active engineering consultancy with IT-focused software support for Autodesk products. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training or degree in a relevant field; career changers with equivalent qualifications are also considered.
Experience
- Professional experience in CAD applications and technical design
- Experience in creating technical drawings according to industry standards
- Experience in project coordination and technical planning
- Experience in customer advisory or technical support roles
- Experience with Civil 3D or Revit is advantageous
