Job Summary
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist at Datentechnik Geist, you will serve as a comprehensive IT service provider for a diverse client base. Your daily responsibilities include providing first, second, and third-level support, administering server structures, and managing workstation systems. You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of WAN/LAN networks, including structured cabling and the installation of Windows-based server operating systems. Additionally, you will support remote work setups and manage IP telephone systems. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys a mix of remote administration and on-site client visits within a 150km radius. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system administration and customer support
- Proven experience with Windows-based server and workstation operating systems
- Practical experience in network infrastructure and structured cabling
- Experience with IP-based telephone systems is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in professional customer relationship management
