Job Summary

As a Microsoft Systems Engineer, you will provide comprehensive IT support and infrastructure management for small to medium-sized enterprises in the Munich area. Your daily responsibilities include 1st and 2nd level hardware and software troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site. You will be responsible for the administration of Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers, as well as managing user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and MS Exchange. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing new software solutions and maintaining network landscapes including vSphere and XenApp environments. This position is particularly attractive due to a 4-day work week (34.5 hours), flexible working hours, and the option for home office. The role offers an initial temporary placement with a clear path to permanent employment in a well-established IT service provider environment.
