Job Summary
As a Laboratory Manager at Labor Isartal, you will serve as the central interface between medical laboratory assistants (MTAs), laboratory physicians, IT departments, and external partners. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, overseeing quality controls within the laboratory system, and organizing proficiency testing. You will also play a key role in establishing new assays and maintaining master data within the LIS/LIMS. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys process optimization and quality management within a medical diagnostic environment. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in laboratory environments or medical diagnostics
- Experience with IT-related laboratory topics, specifically LIS or LIMS systems
- Experience in quality control and proficiency testing (Ringversuche)
- Professional experience in team coordination or acting as a central interface between departments
- Highly motivated career starters (Berufseinsteiger) are explicitly welcome
