As a Service Technician for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, you will be the linchpin ensuring continuous power for clients, primarily within the greater Frankfurt am Main area. Your daily tasks will involve independently performing service orders, including commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of UPS and power distribution systems. You'll also be a key point of contact for customer consultation, problem-solving, and collaborating with various departments to resolve escalations. This role requires meticulous documentation of all assignments and the creation of maintenance protocols, alongside participation in on-call and deployment readiness.
