Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer specializing in High Frequency (HF) and Microwave technology, you will join RATIONAL's interdisciplinary product development team to work on the innovative iHexagon cooking system. Your daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining components that utilize high-frequency radiation, conducting experimental verification in state-of-the-art laboratories, and coordinating solutions across research, food technology, and production departments. You will manage projects from initial concept through to series development, working both independently and with external development partners. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on High Frequency technology, or a comparable engineering/technical degree in Telecommunications, HF Technology, or Physics.

Experience

  • Professional experience in microwave development and high-frequency engineering
  • Practical experience in the implementation and design of high-frequency components
  • Experience in laboratory validation and experimental testing of technical solutions
  • Experience working within interdisciplinary teams and coordinating with external development partners
  • Proven track record in driving projects proactively across various organizational interfaces
