Job Summary

As a Service Manager for Building Technology, you will lead technical and infrastructural teams across various properties, overseeing all technical operations and ensuring quality standards. A key part of your role involves managing the economic efficiency of facility management contracts, including budget adherence, cost control, and revenue monitoring. You will be responsible for fulfilling existing contractual obligations and coordinating all service areas for your facility management clients. Additionally, you will serve as a crucial point of contact, communicating effectively with clients and authorities. This position offers an opportunity to ensure the reliable operation of building systems within a leading German service company, focusing on technical facility management, maintenance, and energy management.

Required Skills

Education

State-certified Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Sanitary), or similar trades

Experience

  • Professional experience in leading technical and infrastructural teams
  • Experience in overseeing technical processes and quality assurance
  • Experience in ensuring economic efficiency of facility management contracts
  • Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs and revenues
