Job Summary

This role is for a System Operator in Managed Services, focusing on IT and cybersecurity for large clients in finance, healthcare, and aviation. The successful candidate will be responsible for 24/7 monitoring, incident management, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met within a three-shift system. Key tasks include monitoring systems, accepting and escalating tickets, and analyzing, categorizing, and prioritizing disturbances and service requests. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience with ticketing systems in 1st Level Support (optimal)
