Job Summary

As a Digitalization Expert, you will join the Automation & Digitalization Excellence team to drive digital transformation at a major production site. Your daily responsibilities include leading digitalization projects, coordinating interdisciplinary teams of data scientists and IT experts, and developing scalable applications. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of data-driven products, from initial conceptualization and economic evaluation to the integration of AI technologies and productive software solutions. This role is unique because it combines technical depth in data modeling with strategic business responsibilities, such as service portfolio development and pricing. You will proactively identify plant optimization opportunities and pitch innovative ideas to improve customer services. The position offers a collaborative environment with flexible working models, including mobile work and co-working spaces in Dresden, focusing on creating tangible value through modern technology.
