Job Summary

As a DWDM Transmission Technician, you will be responsible for the commissioning, expansion, and operation of high-performance DWDM and xWDM systems within transport and backbone networks across Germany. Your daily activities involve configuring multiplexers, transponders, and line cards, as well as performing critical optical measurements such as OSNR, spectral analysis, and RFC tests to ensure signal quality. You will play a vital role in network migrations, hardware swaps, and the technical handover of systems into regular operation. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy working directly at central network infrastructures like Points of Presence (PoPs).
