As an Electrical Construction Site Manager at ProCom, you will take full responsibility for the independent execution of plant engineering and building equipment projects, specifically focusing on German railway infrastructure. Your day-to-day involves managing security technology systems such as fire alarms (BMA), intrusion detection (EMA), and voice alarms (SAA). You will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to technical standards while maintaining critical documentation like site diaries and measurement records. This role is highly dynamic, requiring you to coordinate both internal staff and subcontractors while serving as the primary point of contact for clients during site meetings and handovers.
