This role involves joining the Petrol, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) team at the Hessian State Construction and Real Estate Agency (LBIH) to manage construction projects for NATO and Bundeswehr military pipeline systems. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of technical building services (TGA), including the planning, calculation, and design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing load calculations, coordinating with external partners, and managing public procurement processes under German construction law. This position is particularly attractive due to its focus on critical infrastructure, offering a permanent contract with public service benefits (TV-H), a free state-wide transit ticket, and flexible working arrangements including mobile work. It provides a unique opportunity to apply technical expertise to high-security defense projects while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
