Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping a newly established public law institution, the Bildungsservice Kreis Groß-Gerau, by developing and maintaining organizational structures and digital processes. You will be responsible for the day-to-day documentation of workflows, process mapping, and the maintenance of internal knowledge management systems. A significant portion of the role focuses on supporting the rollout of digital tools, coordinating school-related software, and acting as a central point of contact for key users and IT providers. Additionally, you will handle cross-functional tasks such as data protection documentation, occupational safety coordination, and supporting procurement processes. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in General Administration, Business Administration, or Digital Administration; or completed training as a Certified Administrative Manager (Verwaltungsfachwirt) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative organization, process management, and documentation work
  • Proven experience in coordination and implementation at interfaces, such as projects, working groups, or software rollouts
  • Experience in a structured working environment with analytical and interdisciplinary thinking
  • Experience as a Key User or in supporting software implementation (preferred)
  • Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) or electronic filing (preferred)
