Job Summary
As a (Senior) SAP Controlling Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming client business processes by aligning them with SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing complex financial requirements, designing industry-specific solutions for overhead and product cost controlling, and configuring SAP modules to meet client needs. You will be deeply involved in the full project lifecycle, from writing technical specifications and creating prototypes to training end-users and applying agile methodologies. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of technical configuration and strategic advisory. What makes this role unique is the opportunity to work at the heart of SAP's innovation engine, collaborating directly with Product Management and Development teams. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- 4-6 years (ideally 6+) of professional experience in IT Controlling, Finance and Accounting, or SAP Controlling Consulting
- Proven experience in overhead, product cost, and margin analysis within an SAP environment
- Experience in designing and configuring SAP Finance solutions
- Experience in coaching or mentoring junior consulting staff
- Experience with agile project methodologies and best practices

Additional
- Travel requirement: 50-80%. Location options include Berlin, Eschborn, Gerlingen, Hamburg, Munich, Dresden, Ratingen, or Hannover. Must have the ability to work with Fortune 500 and DAX40 clients.
