Job Summary
As an MEP Engineer at Groupe SEB WMF Shared Services, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of Technical Building Services (TGA) projects across phases 1-9 of the HOAI. Based in Geislingen an der Steige, your daily activities will involve creating technical tenders, drawings, and revision plans, alongside managing maintenance and repair work for building systems. You will handle commercial project tasks including cost control, invoicing, and budget tracking while coordinating closely with internal architecture teams and external contractors. This role is unique for its broad scope, covering everything from technical design to procurement support for renowned global brands like WMF, Tefal, and Rowenta. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Engineering specializing in Supply Engineering (Versorgungstechnik) or a qualification as a Technician in Sanitary, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (SHK).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in technical building services, specifically in sanitary, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Proven experience in project planning and execution processes
- Demonstrated experience in defining work packages across different trades, ensuring adherence to milestones, costs, and quality standards
- Experience in managing technical reports, invoices, and commercial project tasks
