Job Summary
As the Hospital Director for one or more locations within the SRH North Black Forest Health Centers, you will be responsible for the overall operational and strategic management of the facilities in close cooperation with the Chief Medical Officer. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining clinic occupancy, and driving economic success through rigorous budget and investment management. You will lead personnel selection and development, optimize clinical processes, and represent the clinic to external stakeholders, including health insurance providers, authorities, and political representatives. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable management position within a hospital or rehabilitation setting
- Proven track record in personnel management, including recruitment and performance evaluation
- Experience in managing budgets, investments, and economic evaluations
- Experience in leading and moderating departmental and management meetings
- Experience in managing relationships with healthcare payers, authorities, and external service providers
