Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Energy Networks, you will lead the construction, conversion, and expansion of low and medium-voltage power grids from the initial permit phase through to final billing. Your daily responsibilities include holistic network planning, budget and resource management, and project controlling. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, authorities, and suppliers, handling contract negotiations and the creation of technical specifications. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the energy transition and digitalization of infrastructure. What makes this position unique is the combination of strategic consulting and technical implementation, supported by a culture of flat hierarchies and flexible working models. You will play a key role in identifying funding opportunities and acquiring new projects, ensuring the sustainable growth of energy infrastructure in Germany.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a qualification as a Master Electrician (Industriemeister/Handwerksmeister) with a focus on Energy and Building Technology.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management within the energy networks or infrastructure sector
- Proven experience in handling regulatory approval procedures and energy industry processes
- Experience in using Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation and communication with authorities and funding institutions

- Willingness to travel for on-site client meetings is required. Must be located near or willing to work at locations in Bremen or Stuttgart. Valid work permit for Germany required for the permanent full-time contract.
