As an IT Support Engineer and Technical Analyst, you will serve as a critical technical expert for international partners and OEM customers using the WinGuard software platform. Your daily responsibilities involve debugging complex technical issues through comprehensive log analysis and remote sessions, acting as a vital bridge between the service department and the development team. You will work extensively with network architectures, distributed systems, and security protocols to ensure seamless integration of third-party subsystems. This role is unique because it moves beyond standard support into deep technical analysis and expert-level problem solving in the security technology and building automation sector. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT or a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical support and communication with partners and end customers
  • Extensive experience in debugging and solving complex technical requirements
  • Proven experience working with network protocols, PKI, and Microsoft server/client environments
  • Experience acting as a technical interface between service and software development teams
  • Experience in documenting technical solutions and sharing knowledge within a team
