Job Summary

This role is central to maintaining and optimizing the ABAS ERP system for a social enterprise in the Karlsruhe region. As the primary point of contact for software operations, you will manage master data, coordinate software updates, and ensure that internal processes are correctly mapped within the system. Your daily activities will include providing first-level support, training key users, and documenting workflows to ensure high data quality and operational efficiency. You will act as a bridge between technical requirements and business processes, particularly within production environments.
