As a Technical Support Engineer for the WinGuard platform, you will act as a high-level problem solver for international partners, subsidiaries, and major OEM customers. This role goes beyond basic ticket logging; you will dive deep into technical environments to analyze, debug, and resolve complex requirements via remote sessions. Your daily responsibilities include managing sophisticated support requests for over 500 different adapters, ranging from fire alarm systems to video surveillance. You will handle network troubleshooting, protocol optimization, certificate management, and database integration to ensure stable operations for global clients.
