Job Summary

As a Technical Support Engineer for the WinGuard platform, you will act as a high-level problem solver for international partners, subsidiaries, and major OEM customers. This role goes beyond basic ticket logging; you will dive deep into technical environments to analyze, debug, and resolve complex requirements via remote sessions. Your daily responsibilities include managing sophisticated support requests for over 500 different adapters, ranging from fire alarm systems to video surveillance. You will handle network troubleshooting, protocol optimization, certificate management, and database integration to ensure stable operations for global clients. This position is ideal for IT professionals who thrive on hands-on technical challenges and enjoy working in a modern, international office environment. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software, providing a blend of IT security, virtualization, and network engineering tasks within a market-leading company.

Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training, a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics), or equivalent practical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical IT support or a similar technical role
  • Practical expertise in Microsoft operating systems and network technology
  • Experience in handling network protocols, scripting, and IT security certificates
  • Proven experience with remote desktop tools and hands-on problem solving
  • Experience working in an international environment with high customer orientation
