Job Summary
As a Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and stable operation of photovoltaic and energy systems using SCADA and monitoring software. Your daily routine involves analyzing performance data, diagnosing technical faults, and performing remote access on inverters and grid interfaces. Beyond remote management, you will create technical reports and documentation, while also performing occasional on-site troubleshooting and maintenance on medium-voltage systems. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of analytical office work and hands-on technical intervention. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training in Energy, Electrical, Communication, or Industrial Plant Electronics. Further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician is advantageous.
Experience
- Professional experience in the operation, service, or monitoring of energy or industrial plants, preferably in renewable energy
- Experience in remote access and control of inverters, park controllers, and grid interfaces
- Practical experience in troubleshooting and commissioning plant components
- Experience in creating technical evaluations and monthly/quarterly reports

Additional
- Switching authorization for medium-voltage electrical systems required (or willingness to acquire). Willingness to participate in on-call service (standby) and occasional field assignments for on-site troubleshooting.
