Job Summary

As a Data & AI Governance Manager at Smartbroker, you will be a pivotal figure in bridging the gap between regulatory requirements, business objectives, and technical execution. Operating within the rapidly expanding Data, AI & MarTech Department, your primary mission is to develop and implement a robust data governance framework tailored to the company's needs. This includes establishing data ownership concepts, quality monitoring standards, and privacy processes. You will also be responsible for creating an AI governance framework that aligns with the EU AI Act, maintaining an AI registry, and providing organizational guidelines for AI usage. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with Tech, Product, and Legal teams to ensure data security and compliance across a complex data landscape.
