As an Inside Technical Sales Representative, you will manage the full project lifecycle for switchgear, meter units, and distribution systems. Your daily activities involve consulting with craft-sector clients, designing technical solutions for residential and commercial buildings, and coordinating closely with production teams to ensure technical feasibility and pricing accuracy. You will bridge the gap between traditional switchgear construction and modern energy solutions like EV charging infrastructure and photovoltaics. The position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy problem-solving and proactive communication without the pressure of cold-calling. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician (e.g., Energy/Building Technology), or further qualification as a Master Craftsman/Technician, or a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience or strong interest in switchgear construction, meter cabinet construction, or sub-distribution systems
  • Experience in technical project planning and price calculation
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical relationships to customers
  • Experience in energy-related fields such as PV, charging infrastructure, or building automation is preferred
