Job Summary

This EHS Analyst role offers a dynamic opportunity to ensure workplace safety and compliance within a leading pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing tasks related to occupational safety, specifically acting as the Responsible Electrical Person (VEFK) according to DIN VDE 1000-10:2021-06. This involves legally organizing the electrical sector, implementing electronic regulations, and overseeing occupational safety regarding electrical hazards. The role also includes ensuring the proper condition of all electrical systems and equipment, supporting leadership with EHS-relevant and technical maintenance tasks, and conducting risk assessments. The analyst will provide expert advice on all occupational safety topics, with a focus on machine safety, loading, and transport, contributing to the continuous development of the EHS culture.

Required Skills

Education

Master, Technician, or Engineer degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field, or Electrician Technician/Master qualification. Proof of expertise according to DGUV Regulation 2 (Expertise for Occupational Safety Specialists) and §6 ASiG (Occupational Safety Specialists) with industry-specific part of BG RCI. Approval from the responsible accident insurance provider (BG RCI) or state occupational safety authority (Gewerbeaufsichtsamt BW).

Experience

  • At least two years of professional experience in electrical engineering or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in occupational safety
  • Experience in companies with international structures (preferred)
  • Experience in OPEX projects (preferred)
