Job Summary

This role involves the monitoring and control of central IT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networks, and virtualization environments. Working from home, you will be responsible for the independent processing of incidents following ITIL standards to ensure system stability. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing critical system starts, updates, and technical resets, as well as coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
