Job Summary
As an Account Manager for the DACH region, you will be responsible for leading and delivering sales strategies within the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology sectors. This remote-based role focuses heavily on new business development, requiring you to identify, engage, and convert mid- to large-size biopharma and biotech accounts. You will manage complex SaaS sales cycles lasting 12-18 months, navigating multiple stakeholders up to C-level executives. Day-to-day, you will develop regional prospect pipelines, execute account plans, and educate clients on how IDBS software solutions can optimize their drug lifecycle processes from R&D to manufacturing. This position is unique for its high-growth potential in a territory with several high-value targets, backed by the global resources of Danaher.
