As an Electrical Engineering Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the design and planning of commercial building projects across all HOAI phases (1-9). Your daily responsibilities include developing comprehensive electrical system concepts, conducting economic feasibility studies, and performing complex building technology calculations. You will act as a key technical coordinator, ensuring seamless integration with other engineering disciplines and architects while maintaining strict oversight of costs, performance, and deadlines. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, or Energy and Process Engineering; alternatively, a Master Craftsman or State-Certified Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning).

- Professional experience in the planning and design of buildings
- Experience in managing commercial projects according to HOAI standards
- Demonstrated expertise in supply engineering and technical building services
- Experience in coordinating external services and collaborating with architects
- Proven track record in cost-conscious and independent project execution
