Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position with the District of Nordfriesland offers a unique dual-phase career path. Initially, you will lead central procurement operations while managing large-scale office relocations and space planning for the district administration's new building extension. Starting in early 2027, your focus will expand to encompass comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management. You will serve as the primary interface for occupational physicians, manage fire protection protocols, and act as the Safety Officer for the administration. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing national and EU-wide tenders, and drafting performance descriptions. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), First Administrative Examination (Angestelltenprüfung I), or qualification for Civil Service Career Group 1, Second Entry Level.
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or procurement services
- Experience in conducting market research and price analysis
- Experience in preparing and executing formal tender procedures and performance descriptions
- Experience in contract monitoring and negotiation
- Experience in organizational planning or facility relocation management is beneficial
