Job Summary
As an IT Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping modern digital workplaces for B2B clients. Your daily responsibilities include consulting on and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, specifically SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. You will manage the entire lifecycle of complex IT projects, from initial requirement analysis and conceptual planning to installation, configuration, and user training. A significant portion of the role involves executing system migrations and managing modern infrastructures including virtualization, Windows Servers, and Active Directory. Furthermore, you will optimize DATEV environments with a focus on security and efficiency. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of hands-on engineering and client-facing consulting. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, a stable permanent contract, and a flexible work-life balance including home office options and a 'Flexi-holiday' model ranging from 25 to 35 days per year.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable IT qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 environments
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 Tenant administration
- Practical experience within the IT service provider sector (B2B)
- Experience with hardware, software, and network systems
- Experience in data center operations (preferred)
- Experience with DATEV environments or relevant technical certification (preferred)
