Job Summary
As an IT Support & System Administrator at AGF Videoforschung, you will serve as the primary point of contact for first-level support, assisting users both remotely and on-site at the Frankfurt office. Your daily responsibilities include managing the Microsoft 365 cloud environment, maintaining hardware such as notebooks and peripherals, and overseeing application configuration. You will also play a critical role in monitoring systems hosted by external data center providers and managing basic network infrastructure including LAN, WLAN, and DNS. This position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy direct user interaction and want to actively shape and develop internal IT processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent professional experience in user support.
Experience
- Professional experience in user support and IT system integration
- Practical experience in the administration of Windows-based desktop and office systems
- Experience in monitoring Windows servers and coordinating with external data center providers
- Foundational experience in network infrastructure management including LAN and WLAN environments
