Job Summary

As a Master Electrician, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing the technical and organizational management of an electrical team. Your daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring electrotechnical projects within plant and machinery environments, as well as ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex electrical systems. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, fault analysis, and technical optimization while mentoring staff to foster their professional development. A unique aspect of this role is the initial 1-2 year onboarding phase, which involves significant field service and assembly work on a rotation of two weeks on-site followed by one week at home. Required Skills

Education

Completed Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering (Elektromeister/in) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrotechnical maintenance, installation, or project management

  • Proven experience handling electrical control systems and circuit diagrams
  • Experience in field assembly and commissioning of industrial machinery
