Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be a key member of a five-person team responsible for the operation and maintenance of the proprietary DATASIX data center. Your daily responsibilities involve the installation, deinstallation, and relocation of IT hardware, alongside performing comprehensive maintenance and troubleshooting of data center components. You will play a vital role in the conceptualization and development of data center security and operations, with a heavy focus on structured cabling systems, including fiber optics and copper. This role is ideal for a proactive 'tinkerer' who enjoys technical challenges and has a deep understanding of critical infrastructure.
