Job Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions within a socially relevant environment. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing, evaluating, and documenting business processes and requirements, as well as creating use cases, user stories, and process models. You will work closely with developers and project managers to implement IT solutions, lead workshops and interviews, and ensure quality through test planning and acceptance testing. The role also involves supporting change management during system rollouts and continuously optimizing existing IT processes. This position is particularly attractive due to its central location in Vienna, flexible working hours, and a competitive salary starting at €65,000 with potential for overpayment based on experience. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Computer Science, or a comparable qualification from a technical college or university.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an IT environment
- Proven experience in requirements engineering and process modeling
- Experience working with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Practical experience in stakeholder management and workshop moderation
- Experience in quality assurance, test planning, and system acceptance
