Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st Level IT support, acting as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware and software issues. Key responsibilities include receiving, analyzing, and classifying support requests, documenting incidents in a ticketing system, and resolving problems directly at the workstation, via phone, or through remote maintenance. The successful candidate will escalate complex cases to 2nd Level Support and ensure timely resolution tracking. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to user support, contributing to a stable and future-proof IT environment.

Completed training as an IT Specialist or comparable qualification through long-term IT experience
