Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in IT, Administrative Informatics, Digital Transformation, Business Informatics, or Public Administration; alternatively, a completed vocational training as a Digitalization Management Assistant, IT System Management Assistant, or IT Specialist with relevant work experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT, project management, or process management is preferred
  • Experience in the field of administrative digitalization is advantageous
  • Proven multi-year professional experience required if applying with a vocational training background instead of a degree
  • Experience in managing external software vendors and system providers
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
