Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on the end-to-end management of the company's Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution, primarily utilizing SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC), across various digital platforms including customer portals, e-commerce sites, and mobile applications. Daily tasks involve the conception, implementation, and operation of the solution, including connecting new applications, defining robust authorization architectures, and managing Single Sign-On (SSO), Consent Management, and the User Lifecycle. The role requires supporting international rollouts, consulting internal departments on authentication and authorization processes, and coordinating external service providers. Operating under a 'You build it, you run it' philosophy, the specialist is also responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support. Candidates must possess a background in IT or Business Informatics, practical experience with major CIAM systems (like Okta or SAP CDC), and strong knowledge of modern authentication protocols such as OIDC, SAML 2.0, and OAuth2.
