This is a key leadership role requiring a visionary and experienced professional to take overall responsibility for the Drug Substance 3 department within the Life Sciences Process Engineering division. The Senior Manager will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to multiple Group Leaders and project teams, ensuring technical excellence and strict adherence to regulatory requirements such as GMP and GAMP. A core focus will be the strategic development of the department in alignment with executive management, managing resource planning across various projects and locations, and fostering employee development. The role involves steering and quality assuring large-scale national and international projects, actively participating in new project acquisition, and cultivating long-term client relationships, making strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills essential for success in this high-tech, regulated environment.
