Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational readiness and quality assurance of complex rail vehicles through expert maintenance, repair, and commissioning activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include specialized maintenance and repair of rail vehicle components, focusing particularly on high-voltage systems and other critical electrical components. You will be responsible for independent electrical troubleshooting, fault resolution, and performing wiring and connection work. A key component of the role is the commissioning of vehicles, including static IBN testing, preparation for customer acceptance, and final quality control. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in an electrical field, professional experience in vehicle maintenance (rail or motor vehicles), and fluent German language skills.
