Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Support Specialist to serve as a key technical resource, primarily focusing on resolving customer issues and maintaining system stability. Daily responsibilities include processing and documenting client inquiries within a ticket system (Jira/JSM), analyzing and resolving complex technical problems across diverse customer environments utilizing Windows, macOS, and Container technologies. The specialist will also provide dedicated telephone support and consultation regarding the charly software, while actively maintaining the internal knowledge base and creating support documentation. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT apprenticeship or degree, possesses strong experience in system administration and technical support, and is fluent in German. This position is attractive due to its modern work environment, flat hierarchies, high-quality technical equipment, and the flexibility of 2-3 days of remote work per week.
