You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth IT operations by administering the Microsoft environment, including Active Directory, Usermanagement, Group Policies, and the Terminal Server environment. Day-to-day tasks involve handling IT support requests and disruptions within an IT Service Management system, providing solutions, thorough documentation, and sustainable error analysis to prevent future issues. You will also be responsible for user support, equipping staff with necessary hardware and software, and actively participating in the planning and implementation of various IT projects. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and professional experience with Microsoft product application support, ideally within a medical IT context.
