Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the operational and commercial aspects of facility management projects in the greater Stuttgart area for a market-leading provider. The Site Manager will be responsible for critical tasks including scheduling, capacity planning, and generating quotes and supplementary offers, alongside coordinating project workflows and controlling budgets. A key component of the role is the technical leadership of the site team, active participation in contract negotiation meetings, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective consultation and care. This position is ideal for a qualified professional with a background in electrical engineering or HVAC/sanitary systems, offering the opportunity for direct permanent employment with a major industry player after an initial placement period.
Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) certification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Sanitary trades, or State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) qualification, or a completed degree in relevant trades (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Installation and Heating Engineering, HVAC Technology)
