Job Summary

This role involves managing facility operations for a market leader in Facility Management in the greater Hamburg area. The Facility Management Object Manager will be responsible for critical planning and control functions, including scheduling, capacity planning, and project controlling. A core part of the job includes creating quotes and supplements, coordinating workflows, and maintaining client relationships through effective consulting and care. Furthermore, the manager will provide professional leadership to the team, participate in contract award negotiations, and ensure thorough documentation is maintained. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman certification (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or a degree/certified technician qualification in these trades, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a similar management position.
