Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Facility Management Site Manager to join a market leader in the field, based in the greater Munich area. The core responsibilities include comprehensive planning and control of facility operations, focusing on scheduling, capacity planning, and project controlling. A key part of the job involves preparing and coordinating bids and supplementary contracts, along with leading the technical team. The manager will also be responsible for crucial client consultation and relationship management, participating in contract award discussions, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates should possess a Master Craftsman or certified Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, coupled with significant professional experience, ideally in a similar managerial capacity.
