This role involves leading facility management operations for a market leader in the Leipzig area, focusing heavily on planning, coordination, and team leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous schedule and capacity planning, preparing quotes and supplementary bids, and managing project controlling. A critical component is the technical leadership of the team and active participation in contract awarding discussions. The manager will also be responsible for client consultation, relationship management, and maintaining thorough documentation.
