This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical professional to step into a Site Manager role within the competitive Berlin Facility Management (FM) market. The successful candidate will be responsible for critical operational management tasks, including scheduling, capacity planning, and project controlling for various contracts. A key part of the role involves preparing offers and amendments, coordinating workflows, and maintaining strong client relationships through consultation and care. Furthermore, you will provide technical leadership to the local team and manage comprehensive documentation. Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or Heating, Climate, and Sanitary trades, or a State-Certified Technician (Techniker) qualification, or a completed university degree in the relevant trades.
