Job Summary

This full-time role as a Facility Management Site Manager in the greater Cologne area is an opportunity to join a market leader in the industry. Starting initially through a staffing agency with the clear goal of transitioning to a permanent contract with the client, you will take on comprehensive management responsibilities. Day-to-day duties involve core operational tasks such as scheduling, capacity planning, and project controlling. A critical component of the role is the commercial aspect, including creating quotations and managing contract supplements. Furthermore, you will provide technical leadership to the team, manage all necessary documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer consulting and relationship management. Success in this position requires a strong technical background, demonstrated by a Master Craftsman or State-Certified Technician degree in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, combined with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a similar management capacity.

Required Skills
