The role is highly organizational and managerial, focusing on the successful execution of site operations. Day-to-day duties include essential scheduling and capacity planning, generating offers and supplementary contracts, and ensuring rigorous project controlling. The Site Manager will provide technical leadership to the onsite team, participate in contract awarding discussions, and manage crucial customer consulting and care activities, alongside maintaining detailed documentation. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, evidenced by a Master Craftsman certification (Meister), a State-certified Technician qualification (Techniker), or a relevant university degree in fields such as Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing.
