Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in the greater Dresden area is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in Facility Management. The Site Manager will be responsible for critical operational and leadership tasks, including scheduling and capacity planning, preparing quotes and supplementary agreements, and coordinating project workflows and controlling. A key part of the role involves the technical leadership of the team and active participation in contract awarding discussions. Furthermore, the manager will maintain strong customer relationships through consulting and care, ensuring comprehensive documentation is maintained. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or a degree/certified technician qualification in these fields, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a similar management position.
